"I went to a well-known national pet store to try their self-service wash, which I found out was just them allowing you to wash in the regular grooming area in the same tubs the groomers use. It was in a room behind the area that was visible to the public, and it was very messy and unorganized. Combine that with the ear piercing sound of other dogs barking, and a cramped washing area and you'll know why I won't be back. Plus it was double the price of your dog wash machine. In fact, after getting a behind-the-scenes look at the grooming area, I don't think I will even take my dog for a full-service grooming."
